There is one juror who is refusing to follow the law, thereby nullifying the potential verdict. Kevin Reddington is furious. He wanted the juror removed for refusing to apply the law and follow it as directed by the judge and he asked that an alternate be sworn in. Judge Sullivan refused to do so, and sent the jurors back to continue to deliberate.
