In @Villages it was shocking how Artisans are paid 50% upfront before materials are sold and 50% after they are sold .it definitely show value of employees #ucchangestheworld

I think nonprofit organization are great & with purpose of @JosephinesCincy organization to support . Allow victims to feel a sense of connection to be willing to put their lives in hands of people who work to help & not for money #ucchangestheworld

I felt it was interesting for Rachel beck and all the other’s who decided to give up a birthday to raise money to be able to donate @charitywater . It was also great to know when ever a donor buy something a second pair go to a family in need #ucchangestheworld @weller_world
