@MilkMoney64209 @mataiblacklock I live about 30 minutes from Estonia's second largest city, which has a population of 100,000.
It sounds pretty expensive where you are! Here in Estonia, it's the opposite 50 to 100 year-old countryside farms with 5-10 hectares of land are often cheaper than city apartments.
