Extremely disappointed with the experience I’ve had regarding a purchase connected with Bajaj Electricals.
Advance payment was made in good faith, but after receiving the money, the distributor has stopped responding to calls and messages.
To everyone reading this:
Always keep payment screenshots, invoices, call logs, and written communication when making advance payments.
Documentation becomes extremely important when issues arise.
