Pokimane started tearing up on stream after she started reminiscing about her 8-year old cat Mimi that passed away last month due to an accident on her 8-story balcony. Involving her cat to have apparently jumped off the balcony after getting caught off guard by Pokimane's cleaner as she formerly mentioned, who happened to be cleaning her apartment at the time 🥺❤️‍🩹

Pokimane noted that she had fully cat-proofed the balconies at her previous homes using bird spikes and plastic covers. However, her current residential building strictly prohibited those modifications, leaving her unable to secure the balcony area in the same way.
