CHANNEL TERMINATION UPDATE!

After almost two months of posting appeals on X hoping for a response and being denied 3 times in total and being ignored, my Vtuber fan channel has finally been reinstated!🫨

I can’t believe it….all my efforts have not been in vain all this time and I can finally be at rest….😮‍💨

Thanks to all who liked, reposted and commented on my tweets for I really appreciate your help!

However, the battle’s not over yet as the main problem at hand is still here which is the fact many creators are being terminated left and right without any proper reason due to a rogue AI which is NOT ok seeing how many were affected by this issue then and now….

I thought going a little VIRAL was my big CHANCE... but everything SHATTERED. 😑

There are people who uploaded the SAME content as mine and are STILL doing so, and their channels are STILL up.

Meanwhile, I'm here BEGGING just to understand why my channel was removed.

@TeamYouTube did reply, but I STILL cannot understand what I did WRONG.

They said a HUMAN reviewed it and that "my content was tricking people into leaving YouTube for another site" - but I PROMISE with all my heart there was NOT even a link in my channel description, comments, or shorts. I NEVER promoted any kind of sites.

I can no longer bear the WEIGHT of this loss 💔 has BROKEN me completely. 😑

I'm not from a RICH family. But by God's grace, we always tried to HELP others with what little we have. I believed God would BLESS my hard work... and that I could help EVEN MORE through my channel. 🙏

But on September 20, everything SHATTERED.

I still tried to stay STRONG and believed that if I fought here on X, maybe I could get my channel BACK.

But I keep receiving the SAME response, and I STILL don't know what I did wrong.

If I did anything wrong, please FORGIVE me and REINSTATE my channel 😭.

My channel has been falsely terminated for circumvention. I have never had any terminated channels. It's been already 4 months and my channel hasn't been reinstated yet.

📢🚨 For 135 days, my channel has been terminated for uploading content that is STILL publicly available on YouTube right now.

Yes, this sounds absolutely crazy, let me explain exactly what happened. 🧵👇

The termination reason: “Severe or repeated violations of Community Guidelines” — including content that “encourages others to violate ToS” or “content previously removed / from terminated creators.”

I believe my channel’s termination was based on a misunderstanding, and I’m requesting a full manual re-evaluation. My channel focused on motivational / entertainment videos and the rest of the content fully complied with YouTube policies.

I believe this was an error — here’s new evidence, which was not included in first appeal. 👇

My edit was transformative, motivational, focusing on brotherhood and does not encourage rule-breaking or shows content from restricted creators.

My video showed a public celebration event — nothing harmful or violative.

3. Tate Brothers Returning to Dubai
Lifestyle/travel-style video, no encouragement of harmful conduct, no reference to evading policies.

On YouTube there are dozens of similar contextual videos.

Across the entire channel, other videos were within Community Guidelines & Terms of Services, no harmful intent, and no content encouraging ToS violations. Everything aligned with YouTube’s EDSA principle that “context matters.”

It is possible that some of my content unintentionally triggered this category due to misunderstanding what qualifies as “restricted” or “previously removed” content. If any of my uploads crossed this line, it was not intentional, and I did not attempt to circumvent any enforcement action.

I want to emphasize: I did not knowingly upload or promote content tied to terminated creators, nor did I encourage viewers to break YouTube’s rules.

If you restore my channel, I will strictly follow Community Guidelines & Terms of Services, as I've already deeply learned YouTube's Terms of Services & Community Guidelines , along with other rules: 👇

1. Avoiding any material previously removed for violations
2. Ensuring none of my sources come from restricted or terminated creators
3. Double-checking every upload for compliance before publishing

You're also seeing reports that YouTube channels are being wrongfully terminated and your AI moderation is rejecting appeals in 2 seconds after a "careful review". Can your teams also look into this?
