When you look at the dates of when Obama and Biden met with Putin respectively, when you look at the comments each President made about their meeting, when you look at the dates of Putin's military actions against Ukraine, the following talking points become so ridiculous that it's laughable.

"Putin played Trump."
"Putin doesn't fear Trump."
"Trump is Putin's puppet."
"Trump is a traitor for even talking to Putin."

We are living in such an absurd time. There are facts, and then there are the nonsensical Democrat/MSM talking points and hoaxes.

If only someone had spent 15+ years warning people "fact checkers" were arrogant, explicitly dishonest, censorious, and actively partisan!

My favorite thing about Jake Tapper is the confidence and condescension he has while getting everything completely wrong

[Adam Housley @adamhousley]

Told you the repairman was telling the truth. I was the first to actually interview him trying to find out the truth rather than a political hit job.

[Will Chamberlain @willchamberlain]

It's subtle, but with a trained eye, you can detect a slight difference between the way that The New York Times Editorial Board is treating the accusations against Ilhan Nur Said Elmi (aka Ilhan Omar) and the way they treated the accusations against Donald Trump.

[Karol Markowicz @karol]

I'm a naturalized citizen. Of course naturalization can be revisited if the person lied to get into the country. What is the NYT even arguing here? You can lie to get in to America and we can't do anything about it because it's too late, you're already here? Ridiculous.

ILHAN OMAR: HOW PASSPORT FRAUD MAY BE ANOTHER AVENUE FOR PROSECUTION

Seasoned federal investigators know passport fraud may be another path to criminal charges.

18 U.S.C. § 1542 (False Statement in Application)

- Prohibits making any false statement in a passport application, using a passport obtained via false statements, or using a passport with an assumed/false name to hide criminal behavior

The 10-year statute of limitations on passport fraud is reset every time the individual renews their passport if the underlying application records, such as a Social Security Number, were obtained through fraud.

For example, the suspect lied about the true date and place of their birth to obtain a social security number.

HERE'S HOW IT WORKS: AMERICAN TERRORIST

This legal strategy was used to obtain a holding charge for the American terrorist Anwar al-Awlaki after 9/11.

Anwar al-Awlaki was a dual U.S.-Yemeni citizen.

The radical cleric, who became a top al Qaeda leader, was born in Las Cruces, New Mexico, where his parents lived at the time.

He later grew up in Yemen.

When it was time for college, Awlaki gamed the system.

He applied for tuition assistance through the State Department and USAID to finance his studies at Colorado State University.

Awlaki was not eligible for financial support as a U.S. citizen, so he used his Yemeni passport (and false claims about his birthplace) to secure roughly $20,000 in scholarship money.

It was the beginning of the big grift.

When the Joint Terrorism Task Force investigated Awlaki after 9/11 for his relationship and material support of hijackers in San Diego and Virginia, a seasoned federal investigator ran down the scholarship scam.

Unfortunately, the statute of limitations had run out on the USAID tuition fraud.

A State Department Diplomatic Security Agent then discovered Awlaki made false statements to secure a J-1 visa (a non-immigrant visa for educational purposes.)

Once in the U.S., Awlaki applied for a Social Security Number, falsely claiming he was born in Yemen.

Awlaki used the fraudulently obtained Social Security Number to fraudulently obtain a U.S. passport.

The 10-year statute of limitations reset every time the American terrorist renewed his passport.

🚨 JUST IN: DOJ court filing on the Ilhan Omar search warrant identifies her as "Ilhan Nur Said Elmi"

"AKA, Ilhan Abdullahi Omar..."

THERE IT IS!

Elmi is the same family name as Ahmed Nur Said Elmi, the BROTHER she married in 2009

That's the federal government listing ELMI as her primary name, and "Omar" as the alias!

DOJ is now asking a judge for more time before it responds to press groups all trying to unseal the warrant for her D.C. home.

[Election Wizard @ElectionWiz]

🚨Her job was to safeguard EBT cards for families in need.

Instead, prosecutors say Pennsylvania welfare coordinator Sheila McDonald traded stolen cards for CRACK COCAINE and stole over $20,000 in benefits.

It’s not just Minnesota. The fraud and abuse are rampant EVERYWHERE.
