Flip Philly Red has made the effort to go into black communities and inspire them to vote differently, through flag waves and town halls. We are a new organization and this will take years of work. The Philly GOP is upset because I’ve called them out on their lack of willingness and creative ability to enter into these neighborhoods.

They brag about having it together in Republican districts like the one in Northeast Philadelphia while the rest of the city burns. Matt Wolfe, a prominent GOP Ward leader, election lawyer and sometimes a friendly political adversary, but true Republican tried to make it easier to build the GOP in Philadelphia this year. He sued to make it easier for people to become committee members.

Example : if a candidate who name wasn’t on the ballot got 9 write ins or let’s say even 1, that still wouldn’t be enough to win because they didn’t get a total of 10, 10 would have to be the magic number. The Philly GOP Chairman along with the Commissioners made it difficult to build the Party to keep control and power in a small number of individuals who will do as told because he has appointed them to their positions.
