Recently, Makerere School of Law set a Constitutional law exam, where-in they included questions regarding the happenings at Parliament, plus the now famous "service award."
Vice Chancellor, Professor Barnabas Nawangwe has written to the School of Law Principal asking for an investigation into the said exam.

This kind of intimidation should have no place at a university, because it is a threat to academic freedom.
Makerere is not a primary school, it is a university which is meant to produce thinkers, and in this case lawyers who will address the legal challenges of the day, such as the many questions surrounding the institution of Parliament.
