@SpaceTomatoGG Sadly toxic tribalism’s everywhere. People can’t have a reasonable discussion with others holding different views respectfully without retreating into echo chambers, attacking anyone outside. Few people are willing to simply say, 'I understand your point, but I disagree because…
@SCORGDOTORG The scale! But POI exploration was great! some work for texture pop in but was def an improvement and very playable.
Heavy traffic at the guild hubs with all the missions organised by local, regional and global was nice and simple to use too. Felt very alive and very natural
Having slept since the tech preview, I can say is the future of #StarCitizen has never felt brighter.
Whilst the game felt familiar, it also felt different and the direction with starchitect and Genesis is absolutely what this game needs.
Well done to the team at #CIG

"We are currently putting together a new build for a potential timed Evocati (NDA) Genesis/Starchitect POI Tech-Preview later today."
Curious to see how the modular POIs and cluster distribution are shaping up after the previous Genesis previews. Hoping for a solid test window later.

For me the excitement of the Mark V after flying it for the eve is how well this ship appears setup for multi crew gameplay.
Also I love how by the time the passenger lift has gotten to the top, the barriers and doors are already open ready for you to depart.

I’m still somewhat taken back by the Tech Preview last night in #StarCitizen
Yes, i knew it was Genesis + knew some elements of what to expect.
However, I was not prepared for what it was truly like to be there in the moment
It’s seriously impressive stuff!

Is it possible to add another way to extract the suit from SoO or is this intentional?
I’ve seen some suggest having someone come back naked but if this is a limitation of instancing, perhaps we could have a drone come with a SCI box get and and collected from the roof top at the end to put in storage? I think this could work considering it’s Orison with its high tech and all that
Open to other ideas but seems a bit clunky with the current method
Anyone else found another way that works or did yours pass the barrier ok?
Last nights SoO in #StarCitizen was some of the best damn fun I’ve had in years (despite initially being concerned about instanced content)
Nice little treat at the end too!
This took us 4 hours as we took our time to explore a little (still more places to check out on next run)
Server performance held up and was much higher than the Orison server FPS which is a good sign and was regularly 25-30 spfs with the occasional dips. (Was very noticeable as transitioning from 15sfps to this higher sfps when entering instance)
Thank you to the team at #CIG for the experience
#StarCitizen has plenty of issues, and being frustrated with bugs, delays, and monetization priorities is completely fair.
When the game is in a rough state, I just step away and take a break like plenty of other backers do.
You can argue all day about whether continuous ship funding slows down core tech, but blaming content creators for that makes zero sense.
Testing a new ship or covering patch mechanics is basic gameplay reporting, not a sales pitch for CIG. Most creators openly highlight bugs and broken loops anyway.
If you have a problem with CIG's development priorities, hold CIG accountable. Blaming creators and trying to police how other adults spend their own time and money is just misplaced anger.
We all know the risks of backing an alpha. I have my own voice, I can share feedback with CIG my own way and when I decide I am done with the game, it will be my choice, not because someone on the internet told me to be.
@SomeDude82SC Yeah I think it’s great bang for the buck. Bought two in release date. The only downside is not having eye tracking but not been something I’ve missed (maybe until I’ve tried a device that has it)
