Creativity unleashed. Mental fascism analyzed. Greatest depths relished. Wantonly extracting truths of most significance all over. Rarely parroting the commons!
@elonmusk Eternal wisdom will not make it without eternal life. Or approximations thereof: extending life will need, and will induce, greater wisdom. Meanwhile, life being rather short and brutish, a modicum of Evil, including Schadenfreude, is playing a crucial stabilizing role in society... So people are nasty to people for the best reason, species-wise: a more ecological society. And it is actually easy to demonstrate with pretty sturdy mathematics. Counter-intuitively, altruism is found to be destabilizing! https://t.co/3Mt3awXwvl

Fuel crisis logic in Russia: a woman borrowed her friend’s disabled child to skip the gas station queue and is now proudly posting about it on social media.
Schrodinger's equation is in De Broglie's thesis. So of course taking himself for an all knowing god, by claiming consciousness is not inn nature, is a good distraction. https://t.co/omWgNPXxwv
Foucault is the poster boy of France's imposture in the last half a century... And state pedocriminality there is only a coverup of something worse. Foucault like Heidegger in Germany was the poster boy of the intellectual imposture, when turds were confused with thoughts and Ayatollahs the new messiahs: https://t.co/D1JxU9wAiI
Power corrupts, absolute power corrupts absolutely, and this is exactly why there are professional politicians: so that they can get absolutely corrupt.
In a real -that is, in a direct democracy- there are no professional politicians. And politics then belongs to We The People.
It is known how to do without professional politicians, because several Greek states and the Roman Republic, long succeeded to do so when they were as democratic as possible.
It is a bit intricate, as many types of assemblies and offices have to institute various check and balances.... Including some drawn by lots (so everybody has to get ready to become a top politicians, at least for a while).
With the Internet, it should be easier to institute such as ystem than in antiquity, though...
Mental evisceration is still legal, and it's fun. However I don't practice it on significant others, not just because it's unethical, but it would also change them irreversibly. Better to focus on the celebrities out there...

Optimizing morality consists in doing the best one can do, to influence the course of future events, for the better, considering the circumstances. In August 1945, the problem was how to stop a war which had started in 1931, when Japan invaded China, and which the Japanese military firmly intended to pursue into 1946.
And the best, at the time, in August 1945, was, clearly, and in retrospect, to use atomic weapons exactly as they were used (and for the Japanese emperor to react the way he did, forcing, at the risk of his life, the top generals to submit to peace). It was a rolling of the dice which came out optimally, considering the actors involved, the circumstances, and the weight of history. Thanks to a bit of luck, it worked splendidly.
The nuclear bombs shortened the war by several months and several million dead, at the very least. The Japanese Navy had been wiped out. However, inside Japan, the army had been mostly untouched and ready to inflict millions of deaths, in the greatest battle. Thousands of planes waited in giant man-made caves. The fanatical general officers leading Japan knew when, and where the Allied invasion was going to happen, because there were only two suitable places, and one was next to the capital. Destiny had been written by history and geography, there was no choice.
The US army knew Japanese generals knew, and “Operation Olympic“, D-Day for Japan, was going to involve possibly millions of casualties, and the use of nerve gas and atomic bombs.
Moreover 10,000 civilians were dying each day, from the Japanese occupation in China.
A shock treatment was needed.
