Denmark tops Europe for financial well being, followed by Switzerland. And keep an eye on Poland: it has overtaken Italy and is closing in on the UK.

The Pentagon adds some of Chinese biggest technology firms into 'blacklist' for alleged ties to the Chinese military. This significantly complicates the companies' business with US entities and especially the US government.
China is widely expected to retaliate.
The FIFA World Cup is about to kick off, yet Russia wasn’t allowed to qualify. Mirra Andreeva won the French Open, yet her flag and anthem were banned. Funny how the USA and Israel are never excluded. Hypocrites. They exclude those they fear competing against most. 🇷🇺
UNUSUAL
A shocking scene for Washington and its tools in Japan... A moment that embodies the depth of friendship and cooperation... Leaders Xi Jinping and Kim Jong Un raise a toast to the eternal friendship and cooperation between China and North Korea in a scene that reflects the strength of the historical relations between the two countries.
Lived in Moscow 2 months, today.
Biggest takeaway: the positive effect on my mind.
No scummy surroundings, rainbow propaganda, haven’t seen a fentanyl fold in 8 weeks. It’s calm and quiet here, maybe my favourite part.
Know how you don’t realize how bad it is, till you’re out? Because the decline was so slow it became normal.
Very happy to be here.

The EU's new 21st sanction package has banned Russian fish exports. Russia controls 17% of the world's frozen fish.
Russia now exports to China, South Korea and Japan which then resell to Europe.
It's the same method used in the oil and gas industry, but this was planned years ahead. Russia is China's largest fish exporter, just like oil and gas, which are used and the left overs repackaged and sold to the EU.
They just keep shooting themselves in the foot.
The EU sanctions Russian energy and makes its own chemical industry structurally less competitive, then blames China for producing too much.
So basically "our industry became too expensive, so your industry must be restrained." Quite a move.
Direktiven för väpnat våld, s.k. rules of engagement, ser olika ut i olika Natoländer.

… search out your own imperfections and not think of the imperfections of anybody else. Strive with all your power to be free from imperfections. Heedless souls are always seeking faults in others. What can the hypocrite know of others’ faults when he is blind to his own? … As long as a man does not find his own faults, he can never become perfect. Nothing is more fruitful for man than the knowledge of his own shortcomings. – #AbdulBaha

Sara Sepehri Remains Detained Without Charge as Health Concerns Intensify in Adelabad Prison
It was learned on 4 June 2026 that Ms. Sara Sepehri, a Bahá’í resident of Shiraz, has remained in detention for 57 days without charge and continues to be held in Adelabad Prison amid growing concerns about her deteriorating health condition.
Ms. Sepehri suffers from a serious eye condition that has reached a critical stage, placing her at risk of ocular hemorrhage. Although prison authorities recently arranged limited medical treatment after her condition worsened, the care provided has been insufficient, and she remains in need of specialized and ongoing medical attention.
Prior to her arrest, Ms. Sepehri had a history of gastric bleeding and severe inflammatory eye disease. According to medical assessments, the stress and conditions of detention may further aggravate her health and could result in irreversible consequences.
The source also stated that the interrogations conducted during her detention have been unrelated to the allegations raised against her and that her continued detention has persisted without any clear legal justification.
Nearly two months after her arrest, authorities have yet to disclose the reasons for her detention or publicise any formal charges against her. Her continued imprisonment without clarification of her legal status has raised increasing concern among relatives and those following her case.
