Trump just posted a graphic bragging that he’s “reshaping the media.”
It literally lists journalists pushed out, public broadcasters “defunded,” layoffs at major outlets, and regulatory pressure as “wins.”
Read that again.
A president openly celebrating the use of political power to punish critics and pressure the press.
That’s not media criticism.
That’s media capture — the playbook authoritarian leaders use to bend the information system toward themselves. [1][2]
And the most dangerous part?
He’s not hiding it anymore.

You wake up and in the first 5 minutes you read that Trump:
▪️Obviously raped children
▪️ Started a war to distract from this rape
▪️ Is openly taking billions in bribes
▪️ Is a hard-core racist
▪️ Is destroying the world economy
▪️ Is openly colluding with Russia
I don’t want to exploit anyone. I don’t want to dominate anyone. I don’t want to lie to anyone or manipulate anyone. I don’t want to devote my energy to proving I’m better than anyone. Which means I am worthless under this system.
>Be leather
>Made from cattle hide since humans first domesticated cattle
>10,000 years of continuous use
>Durable: a well-made leather boot lasts 20-30 years with basic care
>Biodegradable: returns to the earth at end of life
>Breathable: your foot doesn't marinate in its own moisture
>Ages beautifully: develops patina, softens, moulds to the foot
>Repairable: a cobbler can rebuild a leather shoe indefinitely
>Be leather, 2010s
>Activists declare you unethical
>Brands pivot to "vegan leather"
>Vegan leather is PVC or polyurethane
>PVC is polyvinyl chloride: a petroleum-derived plastic
>Releases phthalates and dioxins during production
>Cracks within 2-3 years
>Cannot be repaired
>Shed microplastics with every flex
>Ends up in landfill, where it does not biodegrade
>Ever
>The plastic remains for 500+ years
>Be leather
>Made from a byproduct of food production
>The hide was going to exist regardless
>You just made it useful instead of waste
>Now considered unethical
>The plastic alternative is considered sustainable
>Nobody is asking who funded the campaign that made this happen
>A petroleum company would really like you to stop buying leather
>A petroleum company is very invested in you buying plastic instead
🚨 BREAKING: The DOJ has "indefinitely paused" the unsealing of the final Epstein files, citing "regional instability" and "national security" regarding the Iran conflict.
If you had ANY remaining doubts, then nobody can help you.
everyone is talking about how poor people shouldn’t be allowed to buy junk food with food stamps… i don’t think billionaires should be able to buy 14 year olds on a private island
I just listened to the James Talarico interview. Never would’ve heard it otherwise without the FCC chaos. These were his very last words:
“They want us talking about furries and bathrooms so we don’t realize that they are picking our pockets, that they are closing our schools, they are gutting our healthcare, and they are raising taxes on all of us while they cut taxes for their billionaire donors. The culture wars are a smoke screen because the real fight in this country is not left versus right; it’s top versus bottom.”
Again, the Republicans are going to have to do a whole lot better than “Vote for us because we’re not the left.”
It’s important that you understand what happened last night.
Last night, Stephen Colbert interviewed Democratic Texas Senate candidate James Talarico, a candidate who, by all accounts, is on track in the polls to flip Texas blue.
In response, Trump’s FCC reportedly threatened CBS if the interview aired.
CBS caved and pulled the segment, citing “financial reasons.”
In modern American history, no president has been more hostile to free speech than Donald Trump.
But censorship always backfires.
Here’s the full segment Trump didn’t want you to see.
