If the military cared about the veterans it discharged, it would follow the law. Congress ordered administrative board decisions summarized and indexed starting October 1. Five days later, its own search couldn't find most of them. We will see the law enforced, one way or another.

Yesterday, October 1, was the Defense Department's deadline to summarize and index the decisions of the military's discharge review and correction boards, so the public could finally see what they decide. The deadline came and went.

So today we launch the Institute for Constitutional Military Law, and with it The Reading Room, 305,391 board decisions, summarized, indexed and searchable, free to anyone. We study how these boards decide, publish our findings, and represent veterans who qualify, free of charge.

Their names are Chief Special Warfare Operator Christopher Chambers, and Special Warfare Operator 1st Class Nathan Gage Ingram.

Chambers fell into the water as he tried to board a vessel amid rough seas. Ingram immediately entered the water after him in an effort to rescue his teammate. Burdened by heavy body armor and tactical equipment, both SEALs were unable to return to the surface, and we're pronounced dead shortly after.

Most Americans would be surprised to learn that Congress created a special court for deporting noncitizens involved in terrorism in 1996.

President Bill Clinton, a Democrat, signed it into law.

Yet the Alien Terrorist Removal Court went unused for thirty years—through Clinton, Bush, Obama, Trump’s first term, and Biden.

Why the government waited nearly 25 years after the 9/11/2001 terrorist attacks to bring its first case is a question that needs answers.

The “vision” of the terrorist murderer Osama bin Laden was a sharia caliphate and a religious war that ends in conversion, rule, or death. In other words, Islamic world domination.

Treating post-9/11 fear of that caliphate as the same thing as the caliphate itself is completely absurd. One is a response to an announced program of conquest. The other is the program.

Besides, that "vision" still has Muslim adherents. Electing a Muslim mayor did not make Iranian children suddenly stop chanting “Death to America” in school.

In that worldview, this is not defeat. It is the next stage.

One of the great achievements of Western culture is the equal legal status of women.

Yet female workers at the Eiffel Tower were moved to accommodate a visiting delegation that objected to their presence.

Either women have equal rights or they don’t.

If those rights disappear whenever someone who rejects them demands accommodation, they were never really rights at all.

BREAKING: I'm told by four federal sources that a suspected DUI driver arrested for allegedly killing a mother and her daughter in a wrong way, head on crash on I-270 in Montgomery County, MD on Saturday is a Salvadoran illegal alien.

Fox is told that ICE has placed a detainer request on 32-year-old JOSE ANTONIO CABALLERO-NALASCO with the Montgomery County Detention Center, where he is being held without bond on five charges, including two counts of negligent manslaughter by vehicle, two counts of homicide by motor vehicle while intoxicated, and one count of causing a life-threatening injury while under the influence of alcohol.

I’m told that Caballero-Nalasco initially claimed to be a US citizen to law enforcement, but that he has no legal status in the US, and he has multiple siblings who are in the US illegally.

Per local media reporting, the judge in the case denied Nalasco’s request for bond, arguing he is a threat to community safety. Investigators on scene found no skid marks or any evidence that he tried to stop before crashing head on into a Toyota Camry on I-270, killing a 46-year-old mom and her 23-year-old daughter. An 8-year-old girl in the car suffered life threatening injuries and is hospitalized.

There were 911 calls about the wrong way vehicle on the interstate before the crash.

Troopers say they found a black bag in Nalasco’s car full of open and unopened Corona beers. They say he smelled of alcohol and had glossy eyes, and later admitted he had been drinking.
