Absolutely appalling non existent customer service from their offshore drones

Placed an order 4 weeks ago, no delivery, nothing even though this should have been delivered within few day's.... No correspondence from B&Q. They have my money and I have no item

@BandQ Staff recall.... Your offshore staff are also faulty. Have no Idea and providing customer service is a strange concept to them, but then what do you expect. Placed an order four weeks ago for a glass tile splashback, should have been delivered within a few day's.....

@UHD_NHS - medication to not even be given their medication placing them at further risk... Resulting in having to self discharge, not because they refuse treatment but because no treatment or basic care was provided... Totally unacceptable

@UHD_NHS I can tell you first hand what happens on your card journey..... Absolutely nothing, placing a seriously ill patient who is taken into your hospital with a suspected TIA for a scan, to be ignored for hours on end, who has other health conditions and takes strong pain medication-

@UHD_NHS - no choice but to self discharge.... Being left for hours and hours whilst others with less serious conditions were being attended to, he wasn't even given his medication that he needed even after we raised this. You have put his life at risk. Unacceptable.

@UHD_NHS Yep, use 111, they call an ambulance, the paramedics come out, take partner to Bournemouth hospital because of suspected brain clot.... Several hours later in A&E, moved to a corridor still waiting for the doctor whilst others are seen, triage clearly not working.....
