Hof van cassatie verwerpt beroep van Belgische Staat in de zaak over zgn metissen kinderen die zonder toestemming van hun moeders door de Belgische staat werden weggehaald en naar Belgie gebracht.

De Belgische staat moet nu een morele schadevergoeding betalen aan de vrouwen, voor het leed dat de vrouwen werd aangedaan door hen los te rukken van hun moeders en hun omgeving. Maar ook voor de negatieve impact op hun identiteit.
