REU students spend Friday mornings listening to research presentations from faculty, researchers, and Ph.D. students about their areas of expertise. Last week, Dr. Lacey Roughton presented on her ongoing project studying officer decertification.
Congratulations to Dr. Golden, who retired last week after 30 years of service to UA Little Rock and the School of Criminal Justice and Criminology. His commitment to students and passion for research will be deeply missed. We wish him the best in his well-deserved retirement!

The third year of the NSF Research Experience for Undergraduates: The Scope and Consequences of Hate Crime Victimization in the South begins this week! This year's project is focused on qualitative interviews with law enforcement and law makers.
