@OPay_NG I made an appeal on the app on the 13th and I just got a response this morning that the recipient declined the fact that I had made a refund. And they didn't freeze her account and I wasn't even reached out to to get more details about my complain....just to dismiss it. Very bad

@OPay_NG Please I have all transaction evidence to show I had already made that payment so I don't know why my account had to be frozen to be debited of 7k again before I could pay for the things I got. The scene was embarrassing at the supermarket I had picked items to buy

@OPay_NG Someone mistakenly sent 7k to my opay account and I sent it back after about an hour and a few days later while I was trying to make payment, my account got frozen with a prompt for me to refund an erroneous transfer of 7k. The same 7k I had sent back. I had to accept and pay
