We want to take a moment to congratulate our candidates who have won their races so far. Electing leaders like these is essential to realizing our vision of building a healthier, more responsive democracy.
This election showed us that the country needs better options. The legacy parties won’t give them to us. We have to build something new.
Come join us and help us pave the way for many, many more to follow these 20: https://t.co/ukiApHAj9C
Last night, Humanity Forward candidate @donnaimamTX won her primary runoff election! She is now the Democratic nominee in Texas' 31st congressional district and will face 17-year Republican incumbent John Carter. In 2018, less than 3 points came between Carter and the Democrat.
@rf_hypatia @HumanityForward Voter registration is up to the campaigns.
The main goal of the #UBICaucus is to highlight candidates that support #UniversalBasicIncome to help start the conversation in Congress.

Hello @DNC, I’ve been getting reports from people within the district that I haven’t been listed on their ballots days before tomorrow’s primary. Voting shouldn’t be so inefficient and difficult. Please advise.
I am so, so grateful. For every person who believed in me. I never thought that someone formerly incarcerated like myself would even be taken seriously.
We lost. But it does appear we won more votes than any primary challenger to Hoyer in 40 years.
I won’t ever stop fighting.
This Facebook ad by @AOC is disgusting. She lumps me in with Caruso-Cabrera as “Wall Street backed”, but neglects to mention that Caruso-Cabrera alone accounts for the $1.1M. Meanwhile I have taken zero corporate or PAC money whatsoever. All grassroots. This is a dirty low blow
