Our Sikh Student Association was formed over two decades ago with a vision of continuing the legacy of Cal visionaries of the likes of Kartar Singh Sarabha.
On this Day 126 years ago, Shaheed Kartar Singh Ji Sarabha was born. Bhai Sarabha was a Cal visionary and was one of the foremost leaders of the Ghadar Movement, which fought for independence against the British. He sacrificed his life at the young age of 19. Parnaam Shaheedan Nu
37 years ago, the Indian army attacked Sri Harimandir Sahib, known as the "Golden Temple", and 40 other Gurdwaras across India. Innocent Sikhs that gathered for prayer were met with soldiers, tanks and artillery. 1/3
