Very belatedly resharing my experience at UCC studying Food Security Policy and Management. I genuinely loved my time and UCC and am both excited for and jealous of all the students starting the course this year ! Enjoy it ☺

Looking back at the pre-summit just two weeks ago, we're feeling pretty proud of the involvement of our alumni in building a decade of action for #foodsecurity and #nutrition@SophieHealyThow@NJBulfin https://t.co/I5FLgPoO7Z
She’s also worked on their recently launched good food programme - which is envisioned as a community effort to get grassroots action towards a more sustainable, healthy, and fair food system. Congrats on the great work so far Sarah and we look forward to seeing what's next 👏
Past student @MissSarahJWalsh came to our course with an undergraduate degree in Nutrition and almost two years of experience in the industry under her belt. She told us that her time in the course was a ‘hugely positive one’.

Since graduating, we’re proud that Sarah has gone on to work with Cambridge Sustainable food as part of an emergency response coordinating volunteers who engage with a variety of activities such as supermarket collections, and preparing and delivering lunches to households.
