@AppleSupport I set up a screen repair request for my IPhone two days ago and was sent a link to pay. I was told the server was under construction and if the link didn’t work then to try it the next day. Unfortunately the link is still not working.

@apple iMessage has a bug that prevents people from sending images to others on the latest version Mac OS X. They can't figure it out, even after requesting logs and hours on support calls.

@AppleSupport Right now, the only next best option is to get a new phone number and a new iCloud account. I've tried SO much!!!

@AppleSupport I've tried so many things. Outside the box thinking included. I can't even send MYSELF a photo. I've even captured diagnostic logs and sent them to your engineering team. Nothing!
