On a pork kick here at the Juggy Lair. St Louis style ribs tonight, 3hr smoke, wrapped braise for an hour and then 30mins to sticky up the sauce… delocious!

Pork Belly! 165F for 23hrs sous vide. Broiled for 7mins at 550F to render the fat down. Melts in mouth!

@OresNcrusaders Took about a month in total. I started drinking alpha lion Sleep supplement that has melatonin in it, really helped with REM sleep and falling asleep.
