@nestawayhomes Horrible experience with nest away. No move in service. I moved in on 1st of july and today after 30 days i still have to keep on calling them for one or the other issues they have in the house. Every damm time no team is available. No tickets been raised.

@Duroflex_world I bought this neck support pillow from the store. The pillow in display was a little dirty and not as clean as it supposed to be. It also is in 2 different colour. I assumed that it is a sample pillow and that's why 2 different color. (1)

On complaining to customer support team. No proper response. When I visited the store again to find out, this time the other store manager told me "jo dikhta he vahi hota he." And also explaining me "madam, this won't be visible once you put on the pillow cover". (3)

The outlook of the product is extremely goddy and disappointing. When I asked why is it dirty looking, I was told as it is a sample pillow. I was informed that new one will be clean. When I opened new pillow it was as goddy and in dual white color as I saw the sample one. (2)
