What an absolute mess of a season, a complete farce. Are Manchester City in a title race or a relegation battle? Football is resilient, the PL will survive, City will survive, but this dispute is deeply damaging. The sooner the process - appeal/sanctions - decided the better.

@BobRutler @CGoreham Well said Rob and Chris ...Gerry was a true star and this sad news brought back treasured memories of Sunday afternoons watching the Canaries in action. RIP.

[Trevor Haylett @UEFAcomTrevorH]

@Mike_Dickson_DM This is so desperately sad ...Mike was the greatest of colleagues, the finest of tennis writers. Thoughts are with his family and with everyone who held him dear.

Pukki deserves a move in January?? Who in all honesty would take him on this season's showing. He was pants again yesterday - at times his touch is abysmal. A great and faithful servant undoubtedly but over the past two seasons he's missed three for every goal he's scored.

[AlongComeNorwich @AlongComeNodge]

“Is there any other club where a manager could say this and still have job security? I doubt it but at Norwich, this attitude has become embedded in the club culture.” - @mmackenzie26 digests a dismal day for the Canaries.

@dan_brigham You're saying Smith has no input into first 20 minutes yet he's to blame for last 70 minutes. No logic to that statement at all.

[Trevor Haylett @UEFAcomTrevorH]

@ChrisReevo He misses too many Chris. How many 1 on 1's does he have and the keeper always saves. Poor.

[Trevor Haylett @UEFAcomTrevorH]

@IanGabelli THIS .....is nonsense

[Trevor Haylett @UEFAcomTrevorH]

@OldSchoolMarky How can you say that after such an entertaining game ?? Some perspective needed.

[Trevor Haylett @UEFAcomTrevorH]

@MickDennisReal @Ian_M1 Well said ......#too much negativity

[Trevor Haylett @UEFAcomTrevorH]

@Lovelyoldjob What ?? It looked a terrific game on the box. The sky pundits certainly loved it. #too much negativity.

[Trevor Haylett @UEFAcomTrevorH]

@pinkun @chris_sutton73 Well said Chris. There's a lot of nonsense being spouted out there and a bit of perspective is what's needed.

[Trevor Haylett @UEFAcomTrevorH]

Well said Chris. There's a lot of nonsense being spouted out there. A bit of perspective is to be valued.

[The Pink Un @pinkun]

🔰Does changing the head coach always solve the problems at a club?

In his latest column, @chris_sutton73 explains why he would like to see Dean Smith given time to work #NCFC out of the slump they are in👇🔰

[Trevor Haylett @UEFAcomTrevorH]

@EdCouzensLake @pinkun So what do you want them to say?? "Smith's rubbish and should be sacked". C'mon. You're a broadcaster/journalist...you know how these things work.

[Trevor Haylett @UEFAcomTrevorH]

@EdCouzensLake No fight ??? How can you say that ?? Did we lay down and die ?? No ....the score was 1-0 not five or six. Defended well until that late Hanley misstep. A bit of perspective wouldn't go amiss.

[Trevor Haylett @UEFAcomTrevorH]

@DanieIEmery All this sound and fury but nowhere is there any recognition that Burnley are the best team in the division. Where's the perspective ??

[Trevor Haylett @UEFAcomTrevorH]

@IanGabelli How many chances does he miss ?? I've run out of fingers ....

[Trevor Haylett @UEFAcomTrevorH]

Question: has Pukki missed more chances than any other striker in Norwich 's history #ncfc #canarycall ??

[Andrew Cotter @MrAndrewCotter]

Time to escape from it all, swimming with dolphins. Or just whatever's available.

[Trevor Haylett @UEFAcomTrevorH]

@JohnHartson10 God bless John ....thinking of you.
