During the lockdown, he has been taking care of them plus engaged in other farming-related activities thus enabled him to stay positive
Timothy: Parents should fast take care of their mentalhealth, we see alot of stressful situation right now but these shouldnt be extended to our children. It's always a trickle down effect from wat #children hear and see their parents doing.

Timothy Opobo; Mental health is equal to physical health, when a child's mental health is compromised, we see their immunity starting to drop. So we should care mental health as we care for the physical illnesses.
