@ufprssa Cindy Duong, Director of Membership: As an Asian woman, I feel intimidated in professional settings because those spaces are predominantly white. Even if no explicit remarks are made about my racial identity, I feel so small. I’m not used to seeing WOC in professional settings.
@ufprssa Tatum Homer-Dibble, Secretary: I became the assistant manager at my job which was a big step up, but has been a wonderful experience and has taught me a lot!
