Thankful for all the members who took part in the bargaining process this year -- whether it was by taking a survey, talking about issues that matter, serving on a committee, standing with your coworkers when things got tough or showing up to vote on your contract.
Thankful for the brothers and sisters who came before us who fought for the 40-hour work week, overtime pay and the right to organize. We stand on their shoulders.
Behind every contract victory is a member who showed up, spoke up and stood up. Thank you to all of our committee members who gave their time, hard work and insight to help us win the best contracts possible this year!
Had such a great time with our stewards from Kraft-Heinz, Sandridge, Specialty Products, Case Farms, Freshmark - Sugardale and Save A Lot in Canton this past weekend at the Pro Football Hall of Fame! Thanks to everyone who came out - you all are what makes this union strong.
