The fact that you're claiming R3900 per month from NSFAS for each student and only pay a R3400 is a story for another day.

At this time of the year, the University of Fort Hare students living in private accommodation have not received their allowances. Students are evicted because everyone including the landlords are aware that NSFAS has long disbursed allowances to universities.
