@UGASocialWork alum and retired @USArmy Colonel Dr. Jeff Yarvis (@armymsw) built a career at the intersection of the military and mental health.

Through several deployments and numerous military decorations, Jeff got a doctoral degree in social work where he worked to provide mental health services and support to soldiers. He earned a Social Work Pioneer honor from the National Association of Social Workers Foundation for his work.
