it’s a little awkward when a month ago you took a gifted collab and they want to work with you again and pay you (yay) but your rates have increased exponentially in those 40 days LOL. Supply and demand baby😂 I reached out at the veryyyy beginning of my UGC journey 😅

Another example of never sell yourself short: brand asked me how much I would charge for 2 videos - they said they could afford half my rate for 1 video. i said sure! that’s no problem. they just reached back out 3 weeks later saying they have the budget for the initial offer!!

Pro tip: Don’t make a UGC video until the brand/agency sends over their brief. Because you’ll send over an awesome video but it’s not what they were looking for bc they didn’t send you the brief and you’re not a mind reader 😐 If they don’t send one, ask for it lol novice mistake

It’s so important to keep momentum going. I’m a full time student at an online university and i took off 3 weeks between starting UGC and being out of town and getting back into the groove is SO HARD. So if you’re on a hot streak DONT STOP
