The Independent International Commission of Inquiry on Ukraine has recognized drone attacks on civilians in the Kherson region as crimes against humanity and that the primary purpose of such acts were spreading terror among the civilian population
❕ FPV-drone operators systematically attack civilians in various circumstances. According to official data, as a result of the attacks, nearly 150 civilians have been killed in the Ukrainian-controlled territory of Kherson region, and hundreds have been wounded.
