[Operation Wealth Creation @OWC_ug]

The creative industry in Uganda’s Greater North has faced challenges in generating income, leaving many artists dependent on external support. To address this, @OWC_ug launched the Creatives Arts Foundation with a master plan to empower creatives across West Nile, Acholi, Lango, and Karamoja (WALK). The initiative aims to decentralize quality production facilities by constructing four mega production studios in Gulu, Lira, Arua, and Kotido. It also includes capacity building, mobile concert stages, and event organization support.
