Injured ugandans are still being thrown under police pickups instead of proper ambulances. No stretchers,no medical care enroute - just desperation on the roads.
Lives are lost because we treat emergencies like cargo. This is not okay in 2026.
@PoliceUg @UgandaGov @MinofHealthUG Equip every Police station with at least one functional ambulance and trained paramedics to work on all ugandans in such conditions.
Emergency response shouldn't depend on pickups.
There should a toll free call that units all departments that incase of such incidents quick response received.
We have lost so many people just because emergency services are costly in Uganda. Let's save lives. Rest well Sydney.
