@uttamsinha16071 Actually I think a big problem is the mismatch they discover between learning medicine and the reality of the admin role that is Foundation training these days. On the whole I think the medical school curriculum is way better preparation than it was in my day (1980s)...

Excessive bureaucracy and admin a major factor in burnout for doctors - and almost certainly any clinical staff. How have we got to this?
