Attention Only comes from someone who truly wants you. No one asks about you unless they miss you, and no one misses you unless they feel the emptiness your absence leaves behind.
Neglect Comes from only two kinds of people: either someone who has a replacement, or someone who never wanted you in the first place.
Circumstances are innocent. Some people invent excuses to leave, while others create illusions just to stay.

Let me share with you a brief story behind this prayer. It is a supplication that Prophet Musa uttered during a particularly challenging moment in his life. Would you like to hear the story? Please, follow along.
As we are all aware, and for those who may be uninformed, allow me to enlighten you. From a young age, Prophet Musa was adopted by Fir'awn (Pharaoh). He resided in the palace of Fir'awn, where he enjoyed all the privileges that came with his esteemed position.
One day, he decided to leave the palace and go into the city to observe the surroundings. Whilst on his way, he encountered two men engaged in a fist fight . One of the men belonged to Musa's tribe, whilst the other hailed from a different tribe.
Musa attempted to intervene and separate the two combatants. Unfortunately, in the process, he mistakenly pushed the man from the opposing tribe, causing him to fall to the ground, resulting in his death.
A thread 🧵
I graduated with a degree at the age of 22 from the prestigious Usmanu Danfodiyo University Sokoto.
I didn't face any setbacks during my studies, and I've been applying for government jobs since 2018. Some recruitment processes progressed to the shortlisting stage, but we wouldn't make the final list. In other cases, we wouldn't even be among the shortlisted candidates.
That's life, little by little, time passes. Now I'm 27 years and a few months old. Even if we meet all the criteria, they simply say we’re too old and that we’re no longer needed in this field.
It’s been six years since I started applying for jobs with my degree, but unfortunately, it's not God’s will yet. At first, you apply with hope, believing you’ll get something, but eventually, you resign to simply filling out applications without expectations.
There is a lot to observe among our graduates.
Politicians can contest for positions at the age of 60 and above, but for graduates, if you're 27 or 28, there's no job unless you have connections or influence.
We rely on the Provider, and He has not forgotten us.
