Tesco delivery guy just delivered our weekly shop and - unlike every other week - wouldn’t let me touch the trays so I had to carry everything (not bagged) from the front step through to the kitchen individually. @tesco - 🤷‍♂️ It’d have been easier driving to the shop FFS.

How is it that in 2020 when you buy something from a company like @NOWTV (who are essentially @skytv) that you have to check, check and check again to make sure they haven't sneaked any recurring charges on to your bill when you buy something. Horrible business practices.

My crack at @williamsf1's new livery, to be revealed tomorrow morning. The design is good, so if I were them, I'd put little more effort into it than taking out the red and replacing it with Williams' heritage blue, and switching around logos. What do we reckon everyone?

@AlexHorne Here is my entry to the design the best scarf competition: a scarf made from Alex Horne's beard. I think it'd be lovely and warm, if not a little scratchy. My guess is that the disguised scarf is also made from matted clippings of beard.

My #RunTheRaceTrack effort. Did the 4.3k then continued an attempt at the #interlagos circuit. Not the greatest time in the world, but to complete my route I had to run/wade across the town moor after four days of solid rain! #excuses @williamsf1 @LifeFitnessUK
