@Rackspace This would be gresat if it actually worked. I have been clicking the download links for 24 hours now, and the downloads just break and cancel every time after 5 mins. Not good when you havehundreds of 50Gb .pst files to download, and they are only available to download for a week

@terencechannon @Rackspace I disagree, poor crisis communications is something that doesnt just 'happen'. It shows a systemic failing of crisis management and disaster recovery policies. Things which rackspace supposedly prided itself on being better than any other provider.
