@joannaccherry @DavidDhenry @bbclaurak You have to ask about “independently audited” accounts.. who were the accountants who signed off any of the books over all those years? Were they ‘advised’ to look the other way? IIRC a fresh set of accountants didn’t want to take on the job in early 2020s?

HMRC have informed us they haven’t!

Peak Performance stated in writing (clause 3.4) they would be SOLELY responsible for ALL income taxes & NI
