@UKRunChat Yo. A few of our followers have have gone down the curcumin/turmeric route but with limited results tbh. The CBD phenomenon has not yielded many noticeable recovery benefits either as far as we’ve seen. Possibly some benefits for sleep. That’s a small sample of people though.
