Could you try to clean cache of your app, log out and log in again to see if it makes a difference?

Yesterday evening we experienced an outage to play our shows.
We are very sorry for this issue.
It has now been resolved, so you should be able to watch the shows. If you are still experiencing any issues please log out & log in again, then it should work fine.

@Feppy898498 Yes disabling pin control is platform specific so it will not work on TV if you do it by web. What do you mean by user documentation for TV?
Which TV /devices are you using and the version of our app?
