been watching ALOT of college sball -too many players PRE-STRIDE or get their foot down EARLY. Bad idea. causes “stall” or “pause” & robs the hitter of power. Watch video of elite hitters hone in on their hip action - they all start moving early but they do not get down early.

Day 1 at EXCEL was awesome. The facility is becoming 1st class: climate control, new lights, 6 Hack Attack pitching machines, over 2,000 sq feet for functional training. The players were awesome : hard working & lots of talent here. Excited to see where this journey takes US!
