Q: Are students who are unable to return to work still able to be paid?

A: At this time, students are only able to be paid for continued work. Supervisors are able to determine among themselves whether or not remote projects for employees would be appropriate.

Q: I have an employee returning from spring break from another state. What do they need to do?

A: Any students returning to Maine who have been out of state need to self-identify by calling [phone] and follow UMaine procedure before returning to work.

Q: Can students who live and work on campus continue to stay in the residence halls this semester?

A: Unless there are approved extenuating circumstances, students are expected to move out of their rooms. The application for on-campus exemptions has now closed.
