From the living room, the spatial flow is intentionally directed toward the inner courtyard, which functions as a semi-public transitional zone within the ground floor layout.

From the main entrance, the circurlation leads directly into the foyer and transitions seamlessly into the living area. The living room is positioned as a central hub for daily activities, informal gatherings, and moment of rest.

Entering through the gate, circulation gently leads into a semi-basement parking area, designed to keep vehicular movement discreet and unobtrustive. From this transitional zone, the spatial sequence gradually shifts upward into the main living areas.

The building is designed as an idol dormitory located in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, South Korea, adopting a contemporary modern architectural approach that prioritizes privacy, spatial efficiency, and long-term residential comfort.

As construction work moves on to our latter dorms, we are now able to start inspecting the final finishing and MEP quality. Our inspection framework seeks to cover 3 main areas.

Footing. One of the most important parts of a building. Actually, we can use "pondasi batu kali" for a simple house or a 3-story building, depending on the soil properties.

But this time, let's use pad foundation.
