We’ll also be joined by the inspirational Pat Reeves. Pat took up #powerlifting in 1989 and has held British and World Powerlifting records throughout her career. Despite doing battle with cancer Pat still competes in powerlifting competitions in the 70-74 age range. #Respect

The Unison West Midlands Regional Games 2018 takes place this Saturday at @HolfordDriveSpo in #Birmingham. It's an Olympic style community sports event that follows in the long tradition of sporting events put on by unions and the labour movement.
