2/2 Now is your chance to tell FE employers exactly what you think of this paltry pay recommendation. Voting to reject the 1% pay recommendation in UNISON’s consultation is your way of saying you would be prepared to take part in industrial action to get the pay rise you deserve.
The online FE pay consultation will be open from 4 February until 1 March and you’ll just need your membership number or national insurance number to vote securely. We’ll email you once the consultation opens and invite you to vote directly from there (1/2)
