Join us for the final University Forum lecture of the semester on Nov. 21 at 7 p.m. in the @UNLVMuseum . Daniel A. Olivas, author of My Chicano Heart: New and Collected Stories of Love and Other Transgressions, will be giving a reading from his collection of stories about love.
A collection of mixed-media art is a labor of love for one local teen. 🎨
The exhibit, Memory in Art, was created to represent and show Alzheimer’s through creative methods so people can understand how it affects those diagnosed with it and those who love them.
The exhibit will be at the West Las Vegas Arts Center, 947 W. Lake Mead Blvd., through Nov. 23.
