I am grateful to Cabinet for approving the National Youth Policy (2026–2030), a bold framework that places young people at the centre of Zimbabwe’s development agenda.
I am also pleased to advise that the Youth Bill is progressing well, with the Attorney General’s Office finalising the necessary processes before it proceeds to the Cabinet Committee on Legislation, Cabinet, and ultimately Parliament.
The Policy tackles key challenges affecting our youth, including unemployment, drug and substance abuse, mental health, skills development, digital transformation, climate change, and youth participation.
Together, we are laying a strong foundation for a future where every young Zimbabwean can thrive and contribute meaningfully to national development.

1. THE KHUMALO CLAN 🇿🇦🇿🇼
A thread ... 🧵
The Khumalo people were a clan of the Ntungwa-Nguni whose common ancestor was Mntungwa. The clan’s name Khumalo is literally derived from the verb khuma, which means ‘to chew dry food’. When combined with a demonstrative pronoun lo- lokhu - (this), the clan’s name Khumalo (chew this dry food) is produced.

The driving in Harare is a reflection of the culture in the city and its sickening, one would expect the older people to set a better example but they are no different from kombi drivers 💩

Based on a recent experience 😃, a man will do everything for the woman he loves. However, it’s essential that the woman also brings value to the relationship, not because she demands it, but because she genuinely deserves it.
You will realise that most women who feel entitled its because either they don’t afford and they want to fill their needs by entitlement, issuing demands like they have a list of commandments. There’s nothing wrong with a woman recognizing her own worth if they have it at the magnitude of their demand just as men should understand theirs - value can be subjective for both genders.
Gents, as long as she treats you like a KING, you should reciprocate by treating her like the QUEEN she is.
