James Talarico questioning the author of the “FURRIES Act” on YouTube⁠, published April 30, 2025. The exchange took place during a Texas House Public Education Committee.

It is about how s political movement circulate an unsupported claim, use it to create public alarm, and then invoke that alarm to justify legislation or harassment and undermine confidence in an institution or individual.

I am quite interested in this topic based on the current targeting program being perpetuated against me in the State of Texas.

I don’t think people realize when you’re highly intuitive, you have the ability to quite literally FEEL betrayal & deceptive energy without any tangible proof or evidence of it.

That’s why we move solo, being around any type of false performative energy is draining & overstimulating. That’s why we be so pressed to only keep around genuinely authentic individuals.. If you know what I mean, you know what I mean.

When fighting an unjust system & tyranny keep these fundamentals close to your heart:

1. The Declaration: We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

2. That unjust & immoral laws that betrays this very fundamental principles are not binding on you.

3. Remember the Oppressor will always define your disobedience as confrontational but you must demand your freedom regardless.

4. They are champions of moral values but also the very perpetrators of immoral laws.

Targeted individuals and gang stalking. I over heard someone saying I don't talk about being gang-stalked or harassed daily. Now, let make it clear that I do not speak against those who chose to create awareness through narrating their experiences. However, I believe fixating on it defies basic logic of freedom and this is why.

1. When i go out for a run - They gang-stalk.
2. When I am studying, reading or relaxing- they gang stalk by driving cars around creating artificial noise.
3. When I go out to work - they gang-stalk
4. When I go to the store- they gang-stalk
5. When I am sleeping - they gang-stalk by driving cars around.

If you do the math, who is actually living? The flying monkeys and their sponsors or the TI?

As a Targeted individual the key is to detached from the narrative they want to create to make you look unstable.

Be like a Stillwater, focus on what you love and most importantly find the grace, never condescending to hate.

Our public institutions and those saddled with oversight responsibilities are held sacredly by the people beyond their constitutional powers. The Judiciary is one of such institutions.

It is a glue that binds the fabrics, when such institution and the individuals leading them, choose the easy decision making path that is guaranteed to bring about a predictable outcome over making the hard decision, it not only betrays its ethos but brings into question its own substance, the character of its handlers and the system that attempts to dramatize such betrayal of its conscience.

In my 40s, I have never truly considered the cost of a citizen’s failure to vote, until reality knocked on my door. Suddenly, I found myself asking fundamental questions about my right to access public information, refusal of public officers and public institutions to perform their jobs.

I’ve come to believe that 80% of our societal challenges, policy failures, injustice, and economic hardship could be addressed if we elected leaders willing to be accountable and whom we could hold accountable, regardless of party, race, group, or affiliation.

If you are a citizen, vote on November 3, 2026 TEXAS. Set aside the conspiracies, political noise, and empty rhetoric for once. Choose a candidate. Cast your vote.

And remember: when we knock on the doors of those elected to serve us, demanding answers and accountability, we must carry our strongest armour: the proof that we voted them into office and the power to vote them out.

Your vote is not just a choice. It is your voice, your leverage, and your power to demand accountability.

VOTE. DEMAND ACCOUNTABILITY. VOTE THEM OUT IF THEY FAIL YOU.

That politician that is unafraid to listen the concerns of the people, have a meaningful conversation and unafraid to have their ideologies challenged, disagree and agree. Debates, round tables are not platforms for winning arguments but a platform that we are one people fighting to move our nation forward.. To say I don't have all the knowledge and I love talking to experts so we can find a solution is a game changer.

While the officer's actions must be condemned, I must say that once a public service officer refuses to perform his job, especially when you have a court order, wisdom should take precedence that you are no longer dealing with that individual but a systemic issue.

As a father searching for his missing son, he is overwhelmed with emotions, he has expended so much energy and would need more and so understanding when to walk away from a conversation that seems like knocking a wall is not weakness but strength and strategy.

In such instances, write a letter and request a written response for any laws or department policy that prevents them from carrying out this responsibility or any other factor.

The right door to justice is out there it only takes time and in matter of this nature, as a father your goal is to ensure you wake up the next day to continue the fight and as possibly as you can avoid that line of crossfire, only enter it when it is absolutely necessary.

If a public officer without any reasonable reason declines to perform his/her responsibility the discussion should end with him/her at that point, why engage someone who has choosing to betray our constitution?

I hope he finds his son.

I’m continuing my efforts to verify the welfare and whereabouts of my child.
Communication through the court-approved parenting app has gone unanswered, and it appears the mother’s phone is out of service.

A police welfare check at the last known address indicated that they moved months ago. I’ve also contacted the relevant authorities and oversight agencies.

Responses have been incomplete or have redirected responsibility. An inquiry to Child Protective Services remains pending.

I’ll be documenting the timeline, my efforts to obtain answers, and the responses—or lack thereof—in a Substack story publishing next week.

Arizona State University student Eryn Bonner, 21, was shoved, tackled and punched by Tempe police. Her attorney also alleges an officer groped her during the arrest.

Bonner now faces misdemeanor charges of disorderly conduct and interfering with police. She has pleaded not guilty. Police allege she ignored commands to step back and struck an officer. County prosecutors declined to pursue felony charges against her.

An internal review was opened into the officers’ conduct. It should examine whether Bonner posed an immediate threat and whether the force used against her was necessary and lawful. Charging her does not answer those questions.

Officers are entrusted to protect and serve their communities, not to use excessive force against the people in them. Any misconduct established by the investigation must result in immediate accountability.

Imagine living your ordinary life with every move put on a billboard for the entire world to scrutinize—watched, monitored, and dissected by an intrusive government and law-enforcement apparatus, while a few miserable spectators somehow convince themselves they have the authority to judge you.

Lol. What they will never understand is what it means to live on your own terms—without seeking permission, without surrendering your dignity, and without apologizing for being unapologetically yourself.

There is a profound freedom in refusing to let surveillance, intimidation, or the opinions of small-minded people define how you live. My life is mine. My dignity is mine. And I refuse to live it on anyone else’s terms.
