@somegoodnews@johnkrasinski our K-5 schools started a Family Support Fund to provide direct financial support to our families most affected by the pandemic. Here's a glimpse of the impact the Fund has had over the past few weeks and how our community has lifted each other up.
U Prep's Family Support Fund has directly distributed $23,448 to families most affected by the COVID pandemic. Here's a glimpse of U Prep living its core value "Serve our Families."
FOOD DISTRIBUTION UPDATE: On Monday 4/6, we are adding 12 new Grab-and-Go sites throughout the city!
MEAL DELIVERY: On Tuesday 4/7, we are also launching a new weekday meal delivery program for the remainder of the school year.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: Curbside pickup of Chromebooks and ipads and packets of written work for remote learning this Thurs. March, 26 from 9am-3pm & Fri. March, 27 from 9am-1pm. Come to the school and we will bring a Chromebook or ipad and packet to your car for each of your scholars.
We will provide FREE Breakfast and Lunch to ALL KIDS in Denver, ages 1-18! This will begin 3/16 and will last through 4/6.
Breakfast is 8-9 — Lunch is 12-1

All DPS schools with the exception of Cory Elementary School will remain open on Thursday, March 12.
Cory Elementary remains closed on March 12 out of an abundance of caution and following guidance from health officials.

Thankful Thursday: Last week we had the privilege of honoring our Parent Champions (PC) who have been advocating for #schoolchoice and #publiceducation

On 3/10 the Colorado Dept. of Public Health announced it is “safe to continue with our regular school schedules." No DPS student or staff member has tested positive for COVID-19.
